Hamm Consulting Group Help Cincinnati Parks Secure $30 Million Authorization to Complete Smale Riverfront Park

December 14, 2016 Washington, D.C Hamm Consulting Group is happy to announce that federal advocacy work with Hanka Advisor, the Cincinnati Park Board, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and members of the Cincinnati congressional delegation has resulted in a $30 million funding authorization to help complete the final phase of the John G. and Phyllis W. TESTIMONIALS

Yuma Crossings National Heritage Area

CLIENT // Charles Flynn, Director

I have worked with Ron Hamm over the last 12 years to advance the Yuma, AZ riverfront redevelopment project. To date, we have achieved more than $100 million of public and private investment along seven miles of waterfront.

Ron’s contributions have been invaluable. He guided the effort to secure National Heritage Area designation and the funding associated with it. He worked with our delegation to pass a complicated land exchange legislation with the Bureau of Reclamation, which was critical to the city of Yuma controlling all riverfront land. He facilitated a major expansion of federal funding for wetlands restoration and helped secure $28 million in stimulus funds to build our new federal courthouse.

I can say without hesitation that the Yuma project simply would not have been successful without Ron’s steady, long-term involvment. I give Ron Hamm my highest recommendation.
